Prices are per person and per night incl. breakfast, and all hotel amenities. Prices per night and per week incl. € 4,00 visitor's tax per person and night. No refund for meals not taken. Please no smoking in the dining room and hotel rooms.

- Dogs € 26.- per night excluding food. Please do not take your dog into the dining hall and spa area.
- Doubleroom for Single use surcharge from € 35,00 per night.
- To guarantee your reservation, please make a deposit of € 700 per person. No refund in cause of cancellation.
- Your rooms are available at 2 p.m. on the day of your arrival. If you arrive late or depart early, or if you cancel your reservation, we charge 100% of the room rate from/until the date booked according to Austrian hotel contract conditions.
